UX redesign of the Digital Educational Platform for the Education and Administrative Boards in Costa Rica.

An easier-to-use platform for both the members of the Boards and the content managers of the Costa Rican Ministry of Education (MEP) and Fundación Gente who are in charge of updating the information on the website.
It gives access to pertinent information on the administrative processes of the Board's management, supporting improvements in public spending in educational centers.
Give access to online training to as many people as possible.
Provide direct reporting channels with the relevant authorities in a direct and accessible way.
We manage to translate very technical and complex information into a structure that responds to the terms of use in day-to-day of the boards, very brave citizen volunteers that form these Boards.
My role
Lead UX Researcher and UX Designer
Technical investigation and audit of all available content related to the administration of educational centers in Costa Rica.
Planning, design, and implementation of human-centered research, such as in-depth interviews and usability validations with end-users and stakeholders.
In charge of the research synthesis process.
Information architecture design based on the logical thinking of the user.
Design the platform user experience, including digital services such as online assistance, training, and reports directly to government institutions.
